Please use the following form to sign up for the contest.
Basic Contest Guidelines
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
- NewLife Radio allows one winner per family within a 30 day period.
- Must live in the continental U.S. to win any contests.
- When you pick up your prize, you agree to allow NewLife Radio use your name for promotional purposes.
- You must claim your prize within 30 days of announcing the winner.
- All tickets will be mailed (or in special cases a printable voucher will be emailed) to winning contestants.
- Unless otherwise stated, all winning gifts will be available for pick up at the NewLife Radio studios. Directions to the NewLife Radio studios are on our Contact page
