New Salem Baptist Church’s Active Faith ministry is excited to host the 4th annual Spring Into Service 5k here in Griffin! This year’s race will benefit the Boxes of Hope Ministry in Griffin. The goal is to raise enough funds to fill 250 boxes of food that will be distributed to local Griffin families in need. Each box will contain enough food to feed a family of 4 for approximately 2 weeks, a handwritten encouragement note, information on how to connect to the local church, and a Bible. Don’t miss this opportunity to support local Christian ministries which are vital to our community, hear the Gospel of Jesus Christ openly shared in your community on race day, and to enjoy a fun family friendly local event.
